The American Chamber of Commerce, Ghana, in collaboration with Yaw Pare Photography and Webster University, present the 2022 AmCham Black History Month Celebration slated for Thursday, February 24, 2022, at the Webster University Ghana Campus on the theme; The Health and Wellness of Accepting the Remnants of a Haunted Past. (The role of Forts and Castles of Ghana, by Yaw Pare).

This event is to create awareness for dialogue on the sensitive matter of the current state of our historical monuments – forts and castles of Ghana, their preservation, and making it a place for pilgrimage.

Due to the atrocious dealings that occurred during those times, it is important for all parties involved to dialogue in a positive way that would lead to healing and unity for growth, reconciliation, and prosperity.

This event will also feature a skit performed by village eye production on the traumas that transpired in these forts and castles now Remnants of a Haunted Past.
