The American Chamber of Commerce, Ghana (AmCham Ghana), hosted members for the 2025 Welcome Reception & Farewell in honor of Mr. Simon Madjie on Thursday, March 13, 2025, for a special networking and farewell event. The gathering took place at the residence of AmCham Director, Mr. Ashok Mohinani.

This annual networking event serves as a platform for members to connect, unwind, and explore potential business opportunities. This year, we had the distinct honor of welcoming the Presidential Advisor on the Economy, Hon. Seth Terkper, as our Guest Speaker. He participated in a fireside chat moderated by AmCham Board Director Mr. Joe Mensah, where he provided insightful perspectives on the 2024 Budget, the economic landscape, and emerging business opportunities.

The key highlight of the evening was the farewell session for Mr. Simon Madjie. Former AmCham Ghana Presidents, AmCham Ghana Board Members, Acting Executive Secretary, and distinguished members shared heartfelt remarks, expressing their appreciation for his years of dedicated service and leadership. As a token of gratitude, the AmCham Board of Directors presented Mr. Madjie with a commemorative collage celebrating his invaluable contributions to the Chamber.
